Held every two years, The World Urban Forum (WUF) is the premier global conference on sustainable urbanization. From June 26 to June 30, the 11th WUF (WUF11) received participants representing 155 countries who attended the event in person or virtually.
A year ago, on 16 March 2021, UNITAC Hamburg was officially launched during a live event.
On 21 October, UNITAC Hamburg organized a virtual event as part of Urban October 2021. The session explored three of the most impactful developments of our times: Climate change, urbanization and digital innovation. Cities of all sizes are growing rapidly and urban areas are responsible for around 70 per cent of global carbon emissions.
